The question by the OP was "Are we oversensitive". To which i replied a big "YES". Generally, we are way too sensitive, fail to give people the benefit of the doubt and to totally restrict freedom of speech.

I agree. One just needs to wander over to our Humour forum to see that 'mistakes' occur from time to time. Maybe HC should introduce a zero tolerance stance.

No doubt Justine will apologise but people will be too over sensitive to accept the apology and move on.
