And this is the greatest problem-the total denial that will lead to total fear when things do change, as they most certainly will. I cant believe I had someone tell me that the near vertical price appreciation graph for property will continue on like that....just scary!!
What happens when something that you are sooo sure of turns out to be wrong-in most cases panic. What happens when people panic....
