Bingo!

This in my view is the real 'meat' in this announcement. It hands AVB maximum flexibility; for example, if the results are truly as expected, it raises other avenues of finance, if AVB choose to go down that road.

As real assets are bid up to ridiculous levels (flawless diamond: $89m, cherished art: $140m, etc.), it is only a matter of time before other real and finite assets such as copper and gold (AVB's staples) partake in this massive financial orgy.

When the paper aristocracy is no more, the flight to 'reality' will be unprecedented and something to behold.

So when the shackles ARE finally broken, and they will be (remember, only financial engineering exists, there are essentially no true markets), it will be companies mired in 'reality' and with major competitive advantages that lead the way.

AVB, in my opinion, is one of them.
