low intrinsic value

Intrinsic value of any company is very important. Managers of financial institutions/ Superannuation funds look at the intrinsic value of company before they take any position or even consider investing. Some managers even go the directors for more information to ascertain facts. They do not rely or make decision on mere speculations.

In this instance, PSY has very low intrinsic value in an environment where PSY has not signed any contract other than presenting a concept paper.

Please note, there are lots of hurdles before converting a concept into a reality.

Had this concept been so attractive, PSY would have signed a contract by now in the US. But there is none.

Think what Green Span, former US federal Reserve chairman and highly distinguished person recently talked about bicton coin. He said bicton coin has no intrinsic value. Value of bictor coin dropped considerably after Green span comments. Nonetheless, there are many people out in the market who love taking risk. That is the case and would remain so.


Similarly, look at intrinsic value of PSY.

In my view, intrinsic value of PSY is low other than mere speculation.
