I have nothing more to add than already posted here many times- banking on the rising Asian middle class to spur demand in commodities such as CSS offer.

Pure anecdotal evidence, I asked a Japanese friend of mine off the bat what he thought of Hiramasa. He replied that in his opinion it is the best sushi fish. He is just an average Kyotoan, and of course the Japanese will certainly distinguish between wild and farmed Hiramasa, but I do believe it's a quality product. (Forget the tuna folks, until CSS buys some warm water real estate!!)
