We will see at least 3c on the back of this announcement and that is being conservative. It has a lot more value to it than you think.

So what does this announcement do.

1. It activates much needed capital for the company through the arrangement with OXX. That pretty much covers OBL's admin cost for 12 months.

2. OBL has a very good relationship with DMP who will try and issue the permit as quickly as possible. There won't be a lag with this announcement.

3. The Chinese cornerstone investor will be announced sooner rather than later (the permit being granted is the trigger for this arrangement)

4. A Farm in agreement is announced for Backreef. More $ in the coffers of OBL to drill.

5, Cyrano is sold off. 1-6 month timeframe for that. The assets is pretty much ready. More $ in the coffers.

Thats just the beginning, so lets put some value onto these transactions

Note: if we have to pay out Backreef for their share of Derby it is -$ 3.5m but there will also be a free carry so I'd have to wait and see how that works.
