Just starting to realise the gravity of putting pen to paper in this situation. I am trying to get my head around the ASX's listing rules and it's application to CTR's (in)actions.

Thankfully i have a few days over the festive season to try and get my head around it all so that i might be able to forward a letter (email) to ASX with at least an air of professionalism.

I am going to try and contact some of the posters here to verify some of the claims made before i will be comfortable with taking what i believe is a drastic action.
