I know no more than others but look at your entitlement and acceptance form mailed to you in the recent days. Top right hand corner will tell you the prorata number you are entitled to.
Item A at the bottom of the form insert your entitlement as per top right hand.
Item B Insert the number of additional shares you may wish to secure.
Then add A & B for the total and multiply by 6 cents and send the money by whatever means.
