If there was an underlying problem with the resource why did Ines Scotland & Co ( competent copper miners) invest very significantly in this company presumably after having done their due diligence?
DML is not an easy "change of transaction" situation at the moment because of the level of debt & its perceived high cost miners status in a market where copper is only just coming back into favour.
It is important to keep the MC low so as to ensue maximum scope for any possible future negotiations.
