Agree ausjpn with all you posted. The issue though was with regards to the other 9 hc members. That is what doesn't make sense. Defamation has a definition and certain criteria need to be met before one is deemed to have breached it. Now why are the lawyers involved in seeking out names to justify the belief of malicious posting. Based on this all companies could use this statement to check up on anyone that negatively criticises.
