lets leave religious values out of this argment - its a simple matter of ethnic (not religious) young louts with to much alcohol - no jobs and to much drug induced mental illness that goes untreated - low income areas are involved regardless of ethnic origins.
These arent organised terrorists they are drunken unemployed louts out for a good time - i think howard hit it on the head it isnt racial at least not as the main motivator its social issues of drugs, grog and unemployment that are to blame.
