Commercial properties ,hi rise buildings, and residential homes don t go hand in hand .
They are 2 different investments .
The number of cranes is no indication on the unemployment figures .
Without a job one cannot afford to pay hi rent or hi mortgage payments , whether the interest rate is up or down.
Commercial investments are more longer term .
Sooner or later real estate would appreciate in value.
My guess is NOT sooner.
