And what about the apathy shareholders/investors that never bothers to cast a vote in any resolution put forward by any company, or the ones that just lodge their usual donkey vote and allows the Chairman of the meeting to vote as he/she pleases.??

As for ERM supporting the Board as you have alluded to, was there certain agreements reached before the meeting took place in order to give support to the current Board.?? Just asking.!! Especially when, what did they have to gain by supporting this lot, and not putting someone else in their place.??

After all, you can't say that ERM didn't see their investments going up in a puff of smoke, just the same as we did.
