A smoking gun if ever I saw one of people trading on inside information.

This is exactly what I posted previously, that this stock has a history of moving sharply in either a positive or negative direction before major announcements are released.

The one thing my experience in the stock market has taught me is it is not an even playing field and it may be obvious to say it- but when people become rich off the stock market (or any other way for that matter), you have to wonder whether it is legitimate. The world we are living in seems to be all about how you can bend the rules to get ahead without getting noticed.
