Rents come down Quackie , quite obvious really. Apartments have been way overpriced both in sale value and rental and totally , yes totally over rated. Very few bulls rate them as a sound investment .
Houses generally hold their own plus commercial properties in a slump in given areas I grant you and rentals not coming down and need to. In fact keep climbing which is madness. Additionally benefits of lower interest rates need to be passed on. Too many commercial props managed by idiotic managing agents who keep pushing them up. The internet is also causing some hiatus with retail shops but not nearly as bad as your patronising post would have us believe.
By the way , I don't guess , I have an extensive network and move around unlike many wannabee experts here.
