Not really unknownbystander as the company through no fault of its own has found itself in this situation through world nickel markets and other issues so staying alive would be paramount i would have thought.
Having said that, restructuring debt to keep all parties happoy would need to be favorable for the stakeholders, and shareholders are at the bottom of the pecking order.
There are many examples of this scenario on the ASX, just dig deep.
