No.1 your referring to a pecking order which is applicable when all assets and debts are divided during insolvency.
Mirabela looks like it's a good chance of avoiding any VA
No.2 We have no idea of any size of cash injection, therefore we have no idea what impact that will have on shareholder value.
No.3 We have no idea when MBN will return to trading, and therefore none of your implications matter as speculation will drive the market.
No.4 Already factored in to the share price is a heavy chance of VA and the value of the company is much more than the current cap.
No.5 nickel price is on the move, compared to when the share price closed at 1.6c at which point it was heading south, that also has an impact on share price
no.6 part of the share price is to do with their customers which you have not factored in, and there has been no announcement as to any new sales contract.
