cmcco/others: In my opinion (and of course I could be completely wrong and would not mind being wrong, by the way!) announcement(s) will only come in the new year 2014, i.e. when ITALY (incl. ENI's headoffice) will become fully functional again.
This based on my European background/perspective about how Italy and other countries around Europe work...
I do NOT believe that NEN can issue any kind of announcement in respect to the Vietnamese projects without the consent of ENI.
As mentioned, all JIMHO.
