As some of us stated for quite some time now, we were most likely in negotiations with the DPI since August, provided private funding during that period, confirmed on the 24th, now followed by the ALDP funding allocation.
The DPI intended to keep all things hidden but there were simply too many media leakages, early trading indications and the "glitch" on their website in August which gave dedicated ECT holders an early glimpse of how things would unfold, in all likelihood.
