DasKapitalist, who is going to the doctors on a whim?
I assume there is some evidence of this.
Going to the doctors and sitting in the waiting room for 1 to 2 hours seems an ineffective way to have a casual chin wag with the doctor.
I must have been under a mistaken belief that it is the doctor who is best qualified to assess the merits of a persons condition.
But I now stand corrected that it is politicians and their supporters who have the appropriate medical degrees to assess the merits of peoples health.
What a BS argument about the $5\$6 being there to curtail "frivolous" doctor visits. It's about collecting $5 or $6 dollars on 36+ million doctor visits to raise $180+ million a year.
