This announcement is worded as being a request by ESI - to the ALDP - the content of which is to discover the status of their application for funds.
This announcement is not even implying in the slightest that 'we are in trading halt because we are about to be told we are successful'. That view is an illusion however it may be the eventual outcome. The point is that no one can say either way in reality...so beware the ramps for someone is propping up their higher bids by disseminating positivity to keep their bid safe.
From a personal pov I think ESIs application will be accepted in part (ie, at least small funding minimum) but i would be a lair to say that we are going to get it for sure or that this announcement indicates such. So is anyone else who claims so...

Just take the facts, not the 'claims' and you will always be safe. I have had an order in for 3 days, which is still yet to be executed and it happens to be unfortunately that having an order in now is the riskiest moment for the whole year.
