Since management asked for confirmation, they were obviously notified by DPI, otherwise there is nothing to confirm.



I agree with you that status of ALDP is referring to the ongoing process of funding allocations in the future, this is a 4 year process.


Management had no reason to put equity into a TH for the reason of the DPI changing their outlook to announce successful applicants in 2014.
This is entirely unnecessary and represents a flow in logic.
Management never made the promise that ALDP will update this year, hence no responsibility from their end to explain possible delays.


The request for confirmation last time in August, which also saw us in a TH, would fit perfectly within the 180 days to provide a private funding plan in having received the unofficial offer letter.

Now we are again in a TH, again waiting for confirmation.
Management obviously received another letter.



Anybody believing that current bids on the MD would appear due to DPI pushing out the timeline for the ALDP notice must truly kid themselves or realise that the bid they still have outstanding has simply no chance of being hit should we receive positive news.
