It is all about discovering the status of the program itself, not their application.(My miscommunication).

It could very well go either way as realistic and intelligent people have noted.
And using the thick market depth as a prop for the claim that we got some price sensitive good news today is just an orchestration but not a reality.

Concentrate on India i reckon, it's worth a damn sight more than the ALDP!! All the ALDP does is get us off our butts and into the 1's. ALDP won't be the price lifter by any means but hey, they need to ramp something don't they!!

As i have said for months now - the earliest we will get an ALDP result is January 15 - Feb 15th. Anyone who understands the rigmarole is also aware that ESI (if viewd as worthy) are at best only just now about to recieve an 'offer'.

Once this offer is perused and it's terms discussed/measured as being viable or not, then the company can reply to that offer.

THEN, after tha, only when the company and the ALDP have agreed and finally signed contracts, only then will we get a letter of success or failure (we can disagree to terms, as can ALDP if we ammend any).

But, all this half-cocked unscientific ramping is embarrassing AND illegal and the rampers need to be named and shamed becasue if it goes badly, we get thumped by thors hammer, as someone else said.
