This means the Lynch family are now in number four position and no longer being the largest shareholder have lost control. I hope it means improved credibility and an increase in the share price, at least to the point where the share price represents the asset value of the company. ELM evidently think the shares are worth more than the price they are paying. I would think considerably more.
