Agreed, sentiment is always a factor.
However it is supposed to be a bull market at the moment and generally sentiment isn't that bad. So why is the sentiment so bad for the RE industry? Why do they all seem to have depressed SPs ATM. If it is not caused by over supply, why is the sentiment so bad across the industry?
Pardon the pun but NC, EN, and insto manipulators cant be the reason for it all.......
