' has provided ' .....not pre ALDP submission , but very recently seeing as it's popped up within the submission fwiw ; )

not linked to DICE anywhere other than the submission paper.....that would also indicate that it's only been very recent.

As per a snippet of my post which you pasted in your last post -

Well looks like they have provided post submission...

Also...why would CSIRO go testing at alternatives when they already apparently have - "Exergen were named by the CSIRO as having the best fuel for DICE"

The others include the word 'ideal' within their submission too....it will be interesting to see if CSIROs come out with another 'best fuel' in a more up to date article, rather than you trying to mould a story
