I do own my home. A small loan in shares. I did have a NG property once bought at wrong cycle of the boom. Made no money for years n sold. Now it seems if i kept it will b in positive gearing as interest is so low. I m holding n off the plan unit but also looking for a positive gearing property so wheter NG goes does not matter. NG does not make sense to me n I know quite a bit about tax.
