    HCT, your hint regarding WECs history is pretty smart and this shows that upgrading wet low rank coal seems to be more complex than baking cookies. At least this company is already in a position to upgrade some 200.000 tonnes of low rank coal and coal fines at their Cessnock plant whereas others are miles away of doing so. Anyway, what is better is the enemy of what is good. Good luck to all holders, go Australia !
