During the stupid Mega saga the thought was put up here by a few individuals "Well why don't we just do it ourselves?".

Well the irony of the situation is that the long drawn out BS with Mega actually provided the catalyst, eventually - Chris Darby.

While SER, both directly & personally by Mgt, still own a decent chunk of Valence they've pretty much handed it over to Chris & a new Board, they've raised the seed cap & we're finally off to market Monday, hopefully with news of offtake contracts & initial production to follow over the next weeks & months.

Hard to know how it will be received Monday but there's certainly been plenty of positive action in the Canadian graphite space in recent trading. Been a long haul to get here, and probably more to come, but for those that have hung in it's certainly a relief to finally get this thing started.
