I believe that MCP being upgraded is good for Lynas because it signals that REE pricing will improve...and if customers think pricing is going up...they might not delay purchases...and/or build inventory for the future...it could be somewhat self reinforcing...the same way as prices dropped, customers held off on buying, causing further drops...
