Looks to me that someone wants to keep the SP limited....they, I bet are picking some up that are sold down to them while showing large size offer orders...a lot of games going on there and don't be surprised if the guy who gets close to winning SC55 farmin come in and lift plenty or if large enough just take over OTTO...200 mil (20c)is cheapo for these large oilers pluse they'll have it back in 1 year or so on production...
