I dont buy it, no grant because of lack of ports, rail! Come on the grant is to demonstrate a technology on a commercial scale and use to reduce CO2 emissions etc. Who gets the grant then if thats a criteria? What rubbish, either were being fed bull by management or the govt has ignored original aims of the grant. Management asks for confirmation new years eve after all those months not knowing, I dont buy that either.
