rupe, it must be the rats still running around keeping the generator going. sounds like everyone else is on a 'holiday'. if they aren't around, how di they get the announcment out? did they discuss the ramifications of an announcement like that? or are they, by the sound of it, in a 'reactive' board meeting because they all have to turn into fire fighters?

they should put this dog down and do us all a favour. at least by june 30 so we can claim it.

i wish we could all somehow wipe our hands clean of previous announcements, 'promises', discussions etc. imo Small cap ASX Director life, for all the supposed risks they take on, have one of the best all care no responsibility jobs (ASX listed entities that is) in the world - ie. do the minimum. Directors in the private world have to work harder for their fees because they have to eyeball their shareholders and answer to them, more often. And guess what, if they don't perform they get sacked then and there ..... not the next AGM ... reluctantly.

they have to be held accountable for THEIR bad decisions and wasting of shareholder funds on, really, who knows what, for the past 5 years. disclosure is another issue imo.

a bit of a frustration rant, and something I think i have said in here before but this goes for all small cap asx stocks - little or no real governance, or accountability.
