re: Ann: Cape Lambert Finalises Marampa Infra... I don't quite follow this announcement.
My reading of the terms are that if a change of ownership occurs then the infrastructure agreement can be terminated...whether this is a direct sale of Marampa of indirectly through CFE.
Isn't this a big negative for any potential purchaser??
I may have misunderstood.
