What did mother nature have to do with the Tubing etc being 2 months or more late??To me a pathetic excuse was given 4-5 weeks after.

Ring and order something, you are given a delivery/supply date if there's a delay you are notified, but the smaller S/H were not until 4-5 weeks after the start date.
sorry for my rant but this is only one example of many over the last 4-5 years.
Its not so much the delays but the delay in notification to the greater majority of small SH
