Agreed, i certainly hope the deal is not voted down by these know it alls who think they can add a few numbers together and in turn know more about this transaction than the directors of this company, including one who owns a sizable portion of shares for himself.. the ludicrous thing is that these down rampers don't even hold stock.. so whilst they can't vote they are set on influencing other holders to vote against the deal.. i say keep your amateur grade fundamental analysis to yourself and go and comment on a stock that you own.
greater than average volume and 13c close... i'll say it again - the deal is good from a risk mitigation point of view, you downrampers are wrong, this is going up and you'll end up buying on FOMO near a short term top... im sure you're familiar with how it goes.
