Nick, We have to consider the possibility that it may in fact have been GTG who insisted on the confidentiality clause in the settlement agreement in order to keep Applera quiet about the deal they got. If GTG commence disclosing parts of the deal Applera might do the same for the rest of the deal. This may not be what we want to here either.
