Insurance and Investment are long term average games.
My favorite convertible insurance and long term investment policy apparently no longer available... with no indication of any comparative policy.
Consider which types of policies and services are maintained over ten years, they remain because they are viewed as worthwhile.
Churning customers IMHO is not best approach to recover earnings, need customers maintained as long term investors.
Customers need see benefits from long term averages, so retained thus reduce premium churn losses each year.
OK, some fail to see things right in front of them.
Do enough customers see longer term benefits, and how to increase these numbers ?
