I agree what you say about ABU being a specie stock, but even being a specie stock, one would expect announcements from the company to be accurate regardless of the type of stock it is.

ABU initially stated ML expected by late December, then ML expected early Jan 2014, then ML expected early 2014.
This was all stated in a short space of time and not too long ago. Now it appears it will be lucky if the ML is issued before the end of Feb with no explanation.

ABU have also stated that they will recover over 1000ozs from the cleanup of the ball mill and circuit. I would have preferred a comment to the effect that they expect to recover further ozs after the cleanup without specifying an amount. To fail to achieve what they have declared will impact on the share price.
