You must think we live in Africa and not Australia, what sane Australian government would allow homelessness to spiral out of control without intervening to release more land or build more housing. they wouldnt be in govt for very long..

Stop scaremongering! you need to show us non believers a situation where a non neg gearing developed country has a rental crisis situation for a extended period of time without any relief and mass homelessness. Do it and I may change my mind..stop harping on about how it will kill rental stock levels..
