well good question First i would like to see what the new news is,if they have big asian interest this could go higher than the 4 cents. There is no question someone has been accumalating quietly,trying not to push the sp to high. Looking at the sell side its seems that there is not many sellers willing to line up. If this takes of it could move very quickly without much volume. It also looks like the chart is just having a slight rest before the next leg up. Looks to be a very cheap risk on this one imo best of luck holders and hope management has come good
