    Its about time unions were considered a business. And they should be regulated by ASIC too.

    I run several small corporations and have managed to avoid stealing money, going to prostitutes, buying houses for mates, endlessly wasting members funds and generally being a crook.

    Why?

    Because ASIC and the ATO would nail me to a tree. And also because its my money and therefore I care about it and dont waste it.

    About time these union crooks were administered by the same agencies with their long arms and legal unaccountability as the rest of us.

    Unions are collective schemese for members funds and there is no excuse for them not to be regulated. If I can manage it then instead of paying expensive lawyers to cover their backsides after the crime has been committed they could pay an inexpensive accountant to oversea disbursements and make sure no fraud occurs.

    Unions = FRAUD
