    I think one of the problems with the Judiciary is the fact that they are now littoral interpreters of the law and do not interpret the law in the spirit in which it was written.

    Littoral interpreters shy away from making precedents because the focus would be on them, and so they just keep following what came before them and opt for the lesser punishment to avoid making waves.

    Untill some of them start listening to the people that pay them things will not change. This is the reason that people like Campbell Newman are forced to attempt to wright new laws that supersede the old laws in an attempt to wright them so the Littoral interpreters have no leeway in interpretation of the law. They just have to follow the laws as they are written.

    Jus my idea mind.
