    and, having suffered what I put down to Salmonella poisoning myself in Asia several times over the years - some contracted in the better hotels - looking it Salmonella, I came across this reference - to another seemingly more violent, virulent fast acting food-poisoning bacteria named B. cereus - note that this reference (unproven, it seems) concerned a young man's very sudden death in Europe (BELGIUM) - allegedly occurring after a particular pasta meal-

    This lengthy piece conveys the message - and the possible sudden acting results such a bacteria can engender - generalising - not making any direct comment, nor allegation - re. this current Balinese tragedy -

    If nothing else, perhaps this will make us all more careful, too, in our own kitchens - handling and storing food, and leftovers.
