some years ago there was a small 'nothing' Australian company called Extract that applied for and was granted a lease that joined the mighty RIO's lease in Nambia/Africa
and everybody asked at first if this lease was of any value why doesn't RIO already control this area/zone/lease
and then as the drilling started to prove-up the lease everybody asked, why didn't RIO discover this area with now what seems to be one of the great U308 mines in the World
why, to this day most people still ask the question, why didn't RIO find this are when the when it was basically just over their fence
