The main thing I am taking from this discussion is that PBT's success (if there is any - and that appears highly likely) will be most effective in early stage AD. Further it may assist with age related memory loss in general -remember (pun intended) the mice.
If that scenerio eventuates it will be HUGE. Exercise, diet, brain gymnastics AND PBT to delay, ward off or even reverse normal age related memory loss or the onset of AD.
Who wouldn't be keen to take it?
