I see a nice price spike today of 20% thus far today, albeit on small volume.

The SP has gradually risen from the low 3s from ann regarding flow back operations to 4.8c today.

Price action together with the additional permits to drill on trend {I note they applied on 13/12 so about 17 days AFTER the ann re water flowback etc} auger well, one would reasonably assume.

No communication or update nothing unusual for this crew, old texon holders can testify to that. Reading between the lines however, at this stage, appears more good than bad.
