I had a $1.80 valuation – based on 2013 financials, but this figure is well and truly outdated with the recent profit upgrade. I also bought in that price range that you did. Comforting to read that the CEO believes MNF’s best days are still ahead.

The Chairman, strangely, sold down 500,000 recently at $1.50, but board members Andy and Rene are sitting pretty with a cool $29m worth of stock each.

Other notable points:
? MNF’s voice network has excess capacity, no wonder they are looking for small add-on acquisitions.
? MNF are working with many Gov’t departments trailing VoiP solutions (already have Tas Gov’t contract).
? Unlike most listed companies, the directors pay themselves a reasonable fee!
? MNF continue to bring new products and services to the market, this is their strength.
