So here is my response again....

If the question was merely a general enquiry then perhaps it and your response belong in the "general" threads.

However, since it appears on the FAS thread under the heading "Ann: Response to ASX Query", I felt it necessary to point out that there is no suggestion that such actions would apply to FAS - something you failed to disclose. Now, had you stated that then I would have agreed that the response was indeed "Pretty fair I would have thought".

Hmmm, 9 issue notices? I am still in awe of the effort you go to in order to research a stock that you do not hold!! I'm beginning to wonder if your ulterior motive is beatification. Keep up the good work.
