we all have those patches where we lose focus and reel off loser after loser
During these patches I always try to take some time out and slow things down and look for the more obvious risk free entries you talk about when I am trying to get out of a rut
And I find that by taking fewer, high probability trades I am back in the zone again after a few days
the worst thing about being in a rut is the loss in confidence makes you not trade higher quality setups that you normally would
